Processing Time

Most items are handmade to order.

Processing time is between 1-3 days excluding weekends and holidays.

I do try my absolute best to get orders completed and shipped out as quickly as possible.

Our current process time for custom party favors is 2-4 weeks. We ship based on the date needed. Please provide, the date you would like the order to arrive, NOT the date of the event.

All resin items are handmade to order so please note that there is a 7-14 day processing time prior to shipping. If you are needing an item to arrive by a certain date please reach out to us PRIOR to placing your order, and we will let you know if we will be able to meet your
Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping

All orders are shipped with USPS Priority mail or UPS, a tracking number is always provided once your order ships.

MaiTai Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after USPS has received the item(s). Any damage claims would have to be made with the shipping carrier.

MaiTai Boutique LLC is not responsible for address mistakes made by the customer.

PLEASE double check shipping address when placing an order. Address mistakes cause delays and YOU will have to pay shipping again.
Proof & Approval
PLEASE BE AS SPECIFIC AS POSSIBLE WHEN PROVIDING DESIGN DETAILS. SEND ANY AND ALL INSPIRATION PHOTOS, INVITATIONS, EXAMPLE DESIGNS, ETC.
We always send a proof for approval prior to printing an order. Once we send the proof minor changes can be made. For example, spelling mistakes, minor color changes, photo placement, adding or removing small elements of the design, or font choice are minor changes. Major design changes will result in a design fee of $15+. For example, complete theme changes, changing a photo that has already been edited, changing your items, or multiple design changes would be considered major changes. We allow up to 72 hours for approval, once 72 hours has passed the order will be shipped as is.
Refunds/Returns/Exchanges
We have a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@maitaiboutique.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds, Returns, and exchanges on customized/personalized items will not be given or changes on orders cannot be accepted once the order has entered production.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
